Brian Woods has nearly twenty years of experience working with real estate investors, agents, property owners, and industry professionals in a variety of capacities. His background includes real estate investing, commercial real estate, real estate finance, insurance and risk management, association management, property management, and project management. This diverse experience gives Brian a broad perspective on real estate investing that goes beyond simply buying and selling property. He understands how financing, risk, operations, property management, market conditions, and long-term strategy can influence the success of a real estate investment. With a background in information technology and extensive international travel and business experience, Brian also brings a global and analytical perspective to real estate. He has worked with both domestic and international clients and enjoys helping investors and real estate professionals identify opportunities, evaluate risk, and make more informed investment decisions. Brian is passionate about helping others understand how real estate can be used to create income, build equity, diversify investments, and generate long-term wealth. As an instructor, he focuses on making complex real estate concepts practical, understandable, and applicable to real-world investment opportunities.
