Kimberly Allard is a nationally recognized real estate educator, industry leader, and award‑winning broker with more than two decades of experience. A Dynamic Directions faculty member, she teaches across the country on leadership, agency, antitrust, and REALTOR® professionalism. Kimberly has held major leadership roles—including NAR Regional Vice President and President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®—and has earned numerous top honors such as Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year, MAR Educator of the Year, and multiple RPAC Hall of Fame recognitions. She is an approved instructor, certified to teach multiple NAR courses, and has been the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree, MA since 2000.
