Craig Foley
Craig Foley is a national leader in real estate sustainability, combining expertise in real estate and energy management. As Chief Sustainability Officer for LAER Realty Partners and a LEED Green Associate, he specializes in greening the MLS, high-performance home valuation, and climate impacts on real estate. He co-founded REthink39 Group, dedicated to reducing the built environment’s energy consumption. A recognized industry voice, he serves on NAR’s Executive Committee and has consulted for organizations like Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and Honeywell. Craig has received multiple honors, including RISMedia’s 2023 Newsmaker and NAR’s EverGreen Award.
