- This course is the main requirement for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation.

These amendments were made to clarify a REALTORS® ethical obligations in light of the practice changes agreed to in the 2024 settlement agreement, and regarding Standard of Practice 10-5, to create a specific definition of “harassment” and focus enforcement on instances in which REALTORS® are operating in their capacity as real estate professionals, in association with their real estate businesses, or in real estate-related activities.
