Shane is a “lifer” in the real estate industry having been licensed right out of high school in 1990. Listing over 100+ expired listings in his first year in the business. Shane is a seasoned and accomplished real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in real estate sales, coaching, marketing, educating, motivating, and mentoring.
As a licensed Real Estate Broker in GA, FL, SC, and AL. Shane is the founder and broker of The American Realty and has provided broker guidance to over 1,500 agents since 1999. Shane is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in GA, FL, & SC and was previously a licensed real estate appraiser in GA. Shane is the founder of American Real Estate University, a proprietary real estate school in GA, FL, & SC, training over 100,000 agents nationally since its inception in 1999.
Shane teaches many NAR courses as well as contracts, license law, prospecting, and The Code of Ethics. Shane is known for his humorous storytelling style of teaching and real estate dad jokes.
