A full time Realtor® since 1998, her passion for our industry led her to serve as the 2012 President of the Arizona Association of Realtors® and she remains active on state & national committees. Holly is the Vice President of Brokerage Operations for eXp Realty & eXp Commercial. She is the former state designated broker of Arizona supervising & training over 1800 agents. If it’s weird or hard, Holly will help you tackle it. Her passion and dedication have lead Holly to serving as the 2012 President of the Arizona Association of Realtors®. Holly remains active to this day on local, state & national committees. Her service in these areas has allowed her to bring information and insights to each class that attendees can use in their day-to-day business.
Holly is co-creator of the Arizona Association of Realtors® Leadership Training Academy instructor for Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seller Representation Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), as well as several electives for the Certified Residential Broker (CRB). Holly is co-owner & creator of Real Chaos Solutions, a real estate training company.
