Tamara Suminski
Tamara Suminski is passionate about real estate – she is an industry expert and international industry trainer and a sought-after speaker.
Tamara is a third generation real estate practitioner and prior to joining real estate, she was a successful hotelier - perfecting the art of delivering exceptional customer service. For 19 years, Tamara has been dedicated to improving the real estate experience through continuous innovation and the highest standards of service. She is the broker and co-owner of BEACH Real Estate Group, located in Manhattan Beach, serving Greater Los Angeles.
As a Speaker and Trainer, Tamara has developed and shared courses and keynote sessions to fellow REALTORS® on Leadership, Negotiation, Political Advocacy, Relationship Selling, to name a few. Tamara is a frequent guest emcee, speaker and facilitator at state and national conferences, including C.A.R.’s WomanUP, Broker Conference, and REImagine; NAR’s NXT and Leadership Summit.
Tamara earned her Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business with a concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change. She firmly believes in continuous education - she holds 16 designations and instructs ABR, AHWD, CRB, SRS, RENE, and PSA to name a few. She is co-owner of Innovate Success Strategies, which offers consulting, training and speaking to real estate organizations and individuals.
Tamara is among an elite group of real estate professionals who graduated from the Leadership Academy at the National Association of REALTORS® and is now the 2024 Immediate Past Chairwoman. Tamara was inducted into the REBAC Hall of Fame in 2020 and the RPAC Hall of Fame in 2021.Tamara earned 2010 REALTOR® of the Year for her professionalism and commitment to the real estate industry at South Bay Association of REALTORS®, where she was 2014 President.
When she’s not working, you can find Tamara enjoying the surf and sand, traveling or spending time with son, Sebastian and partner in all things, Chris.
