Instructor
Brett Brown
Brett Brown is currently a Broker/Salesperson with Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. in Naples, Florida. Brett has more than 35 years of real estate experience, specializing in International, residential and on-site development sales. During his real estate career he has been the Director of Sales at Fiddler’s Creek, a 6500 residential unit resort development in Naples, Florida. Prior to that Brett was the designated Broker for Miramar Realty in Estero, Florida.
Brett is a National Association of REALTORS (NAR) approved instructor for the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Course. While serving as President of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS (NABOR) in 2009, NAR selected Naples for the site of the RSPS Symposium, a two day educational and networking event for REALTORS around the Country. In 2011 Brett Chaired the Resort and Second Home Committee at NAR. Brett’s commitment to education started in 1994 and he has since earned the ABR, AHWD, CIPS, CRB, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, RSPS, SFR, and SRES designations and certifications.
Brett has received numerous prestigious awards including the Naples Area Board of REALTORS “Ad Miller Award” for political activities, “REALTOR of the Year” and was inducted into the NABOR Hall of Fame in 2008. Florida REALTORS recognized Brett with the “REALTOR Achievement Award” in 2012. Brett is an avid supporter of RPAC and was placed in the RPAC Hall of Fame for the third time in 2018.
