Over her career, Ginni has served as EVP Leadership Development for an International Real Estate Franchise Sales Company, and branch manager for multiple real estate franchises in two states.
Ginni continues to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation and certification programs for real estate associations throughout the United States. She also works with small real estate companies in consulting relationships and with real estate professionals in one-on-one coaching.
She began her real estate career in the mid-80s in Connecticut as a sales associate and was recruited to manage for a multi-office real estate firm in January of 1989 remaining in branch management for major real estate companies until 2009.
Ginni has been a real estate and life coach as well as mentor since 1990. She feels her greatest asset is her ability to connect to her clients and help them discover their greatest potential. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
As a real estate consultant, Ginni has worked with company leadership at a number of real estate companies helping them grow their businesses through strategic implementation of systems, structure and organizational plans. She is also often called upon for California Department of Real Estate compliance audits for multiple business models including property management, commercial real estate and residential real estate branch office management. Still a practicing REALTOR®, Ginni has worked with clients from high-end multi-million dollar properties through properties under $100,000
John LeTourneau is passionate about raising the bar through effective real estate education and regularly speaks across the United States, Canada and Europe on a wide range of real estate topics with a special focus on investment trends, effective and ethical client representation, and global real estate opportunities. He is also a Consultant/Trainer for Dynamic Directions, the premier Realtor training company. John is a tireless advocate for improving professionalism in the real estate industry and mentoring the next generation of real estate leaders.
Professionally, John has been a full-time commercial broker since 2005 specializing in helping his clients build multi-generational wealth through investment real estate. As the Commercial Managing Director over 9 Keller Williams offices in the Western Suburbs, John leads a 5-person commercial team that actively works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Understanding the critical role technology plays for Realtors, John is also an Entrepreneur in Residence for NAR’s REACH Commercial program, and mentors companies that represent the next generation of real estate technology.
John fishes whenever he can, is a passionate but long-suffering McLaren Formula 1 fan, and uses his mom’s handed down recipes to bring incredibly tasty baked goods to share wherever he speaks.
