The Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA (PSA) certification course is designed for real estate professionals at all experience levels and those working with either buyers or sellers.
With this course, you’ll build the knowledge base and skills needed to successfully complete a comparative market analysis (CMA) and to clearly communicate it to your clients. You’ll also learn how effectively work with appraisers by better understanding the scope of their role, as well as the purpose and process of a property appraisal.

Deb Diesing
Deb Diesing is one of the highest rated and most respected instructors and brokers in Florida with over 20 years of experience teaching REALTORS®. Knowing the importance of correctly pricing properties, she dedicated herself to helping others understand this critical skill. Deb is approved to teach the Pricing Strategy Advisor course, the definitive class to gain the proper expertise to do it best.
Currently, Deb is a faculty member of Florida REALTORS®, the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization, and a senior faculty member of TRANS-EQUITY, Inc. As one of the most sought-after speakers in Florida, she has influenced many thousands of students in the Southeastern United States. Her other teaching specialties are Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) classes, Fair Housing, Code of Ethics, Contracts, and various topics in Risk Management.
