About The Instructor

Kalum Johnson is the Owner/Operator of his own real estate company, Earth Equity. Under his leadership, he administers the reading and interpretation of blueprints to remodel and build residential structures and oversee contract labor across several disciplines. He also administers and manages budgets, develops scopes of work, and carries out the marketing and sale of finished properties. When not working in real estate, Kalum enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
