Annette Panzek is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience, having been licensed since 1990. Since 2007, she has served as a licensed instructor and adjunct professor at the College of DuPage and Waubonsee Community College, where she teaches pre-license and post-license courses—many of which she personally developed to reflect current industry standards and provide practical insights. Her dedication to education has earned her the Outstanding Faculty Award for the College of DuPage Real Estate Division and Instructor of the Year from AIREE. She offers continuing education courses on essential topics including agency law, buyer and seller representation, contract negotiation, financing options, rental procedures, and agent safety, ensuring licensed agents remain informed and compliant with evolving regulations.
Beyond teaching, Annette is also a trained Ombudsman and Mediator, adding valuable conflict resolution skills to her expertise. Through her combined roles as a REALTOR®, educator, and mediator, she has become a respected figure in the real estate community, committed to shaping the next generation of professionals while supporting those already established in the field through her dedication to education, professionalism, and ethical practice.
