Joe Sinnona, owner of Sinnona “Speaks” Seminars, is a licensed NYS Associate Broker actively selling in Long Beach, NY. Joe graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in English & Education and left teaching to become a Realtor 30+ years ago, later returning as a Department of State instructor. He brings dynamic storytelling and role play to his lectures. Joe teaches at Hofstra University and Main Street Success Real Estate School, mentoring top practitioners in subjects like pre-licensing, code of ethics, brokerage management, social media, and more.
