Cynthia DeLuca
Cynthia DeLuca has sold thousands of properties, managed hundreds of Realtors, and educated tens of thousands of real estate professionals. After selling her brokerage, she focused on helping other Realtors achieve higher potential. During the Great Recession, Cynthia and her team sold over 1,500 distressed properties in a year, working with REO vendors like Fannie Mae, HUD, Freddie Mac, and VA, and handling hundreds of short sales. Cynthia has published four books: The High Heels Landlord, Fill’er Up, The Standout Agent, and The Standout Agent Weekly Planner. She shares her experiences to help others excel in their careers.
