The Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA (PSA) certification course teaches real estate professionals how to conduct a comparative marketing analysis (CMA) and communicate pricing recommendations to clients. The course covers best practices for pricing residential properties, creating and presenting CMAs, working with appraisers, staying up-to-date with market developments, and guiding clients through anxieties and misperceptions they may have about home values. The course duration is 6 hours.

- This course is the main requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
