The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) Designation Course helps real estate professionals develop the business-building skills needed to specialize in the 50+ real estate market. - This course is the main requirement for the Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) Designation. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation.
