The Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist certification course is designed to provide knowledge and skills related to buying and selling second-home properties for recreational and investment purposes, as well as building a second-home business. The course covers various topics, including adapting real estate skills to the resort and second-home market, understanding the factors that affect this market, developing business and branding strategies, and helping buyers select properties that align with their vacation or investment goals. The course lasts for 6 hours and is a requirement for obtaining the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification. Additionally, completing this course fulfills the elective-course requirement for earning the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
